# Love has a really strong power. That was what Endang had in her mind.
Endang was pretty enough at her young age. She was pretty as well as a
kind hearted young girl. She spoke little and softly but acted a lot.
She did something with all her heart and soul. And we never heard her
say lies. In her mind honesty and sincerity were beautiful. She thought
that other people had the same thoughts as she did that sincerity was
golden.. One thing you should know that Endang worked as a teacher of elementary school.
Oneday came a young man to the school to pick up his nephew who
schooled at the school where Endang taught. The young man,named Herman
,came from another town,he was a policeman. As he was at the school
waiting for his nephew to return home,he was noticing Endang teaching a
lesson.He seemed to have a crush on her. When the bell rang,a sign that
the class was over and students were allowed to go home , Endang was
prepared to leave the classroom for the office's teacher. And suddenly
Herman got in her way , trying to introduce himself to he .Endang
welcame him.
As the story goes ,they became a couple of lovers then. Endang was so lost in love as she was realy devoted to him. But It was like Herman to be a nasty play boy. .Loving him too much ,she was then willing to give him what was most crowny for women. Like a saying " nothing's wrong when love is right ". They did it behind a big stone near a lake in the village. Time went on and Herman found her pregnant but then he left her, which made her feel down in the dumps. Days felt like black nights. That was what she felt inside and life was a bitch.
And next after months , the day was coming. It was the day when she gave a birth to a healthy girl baby. How sad Endang was that she gave a birth to a baby without father, the man she loves with all that she is. Consequently she became crazy.
And then ,everyday when twilight came she went to the lake where the big stone is..She always stood before it and cried her tears, recalling what she used to do with him there. . She had always done this until she took her last breath.
